In order to preserve our unique ambience guests are required to adhere to our accepted standards of conduct and our House Rules to safeguard the enjoyment and use of The Belgadia Palace by all its guests

• Check in time 1pm and Check out time 11am. as overlap are difficult to manage

• Proper identification is required for all guests upon check in

• In room smoking is strictly prohibited. Fine of Rs 5000 will be charged. Outdoor smoking areas are available

• We do not allow access to our kitchens. Any food products to be handed over to the staff at check in.

• It is important to know the exact number of people travelling to help us allocate rooms and extra beds.

• It is our endeavor to run the Belgadia Palace as an eco friendly heritage property.Kindly comply with our suggestions regarding linens, waste and electricity.

• Meals included in the package would be served in the Dining Area or any other locations as decided by the management.

• The meal service periods are Breakfast (0700-1000 hours), Lunch (1300 hours –1500 hours) and Dinner (1900 hours –2200 hours).

• The Evening High Tea would be served between 1700 – 1800 hours at a specified location within the Palace

• Two Children below 8 years can stay in the same room (extra bed available at Rs.2500 plus taxes per night if required) and would be provided meals with our complements. For our young guests please do share with us any dietary requirements beforehand to ensure availability of ingredients.

• A maximum of Two (2) Children between the ages of 8 and 12 years can be accommodated in the same suite (except Palace Room) (extra bed available at Rs.2500 plus taxes per night if required). A meal supplement Rs.2000 plus taxes per night per child would be charged

• A third guest (above 12 years) may also be accommodated in the same suite (except Palace Room) at an extra charge of Rs. 4000 plus taxes per night towards meals and an extra bed provided without any additional charge.

• The Palace Parking is to be used for self-drive cars only (Keys to be handed over to Palace Security). We don’t have Driver’s accommodation, but can recommend a guesthouse close to the Palace for their food and stay arrangements to be settled by guests directly

• We do not have service during the night (10pm-8am).

• Our staff is from the local community. They are proud, efficient and cheerful people. Please be courteous and if any issues arise it can be handled or brought to attention with the Palace Manager.

• The Belgadia Palace is a private residence and we reserve the right to cancel or cut short your stay if rules are not complied with.
